How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want to buy, select the size or variant if available, and click "Add to cart". Then proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@yipyap.se. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been shipped.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your order has been placed. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is usually 7–14 business days. We continuously work to improve delivery times for our customers.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time.
Do you deliver across Sweden?
Yes, we deliver throughout Sweden.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common payment methods, including cards (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, and other secure payment options.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed via an encrypted and secure connection (SSL). We do not store any card details.

Yes! We offer Klarna as a payment option, giving you the ability to pay now, later, or split the payment.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Send an email to support@yipyap.se with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The money will be refunded to your original payment method.
What if I received a wrong or damaged product?
Contact us immediately at support@yipyap.se with photos of the product. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
