Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on yipyap.se, operated by MastersTNZ (org. no. 19790117-2515), Borås, Sweden, under the trade name YipYap. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms as needed — the latest version will always be published on this page.
1. Orders
1.1 Order Confirmation
When you place an order on yipyap.se, we will send an order confirmation to your email address. This confirmation constitutes an agreement between you and MastersTNZ (YipYap). We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if payment cannot be processed, or if suspected fraud occurs.
1.2 Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yipyap.se. We cannot guarantee that changes are possible if the order has already been sent to the warehouse for packing.
1.3 Product Information
We strive for product descriptions, images, and specifications to be as accurate as possible. Minor deviations in color or appearance may occur depending on screen settings. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product before ordering.
2. Prices
2.1 Pricing
All prices on yipyap.se are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of ordering is the price you pay.
2.2 Promotions and Discounts
Promotional prices and discount codes are valid for the specified period and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to end promotions prematurely.
2.3 Pricing Errors
In the event of obvious pricing errors on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. You will then be offered the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or receive a full refund.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery Times
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping option and delivery address but is normally 2–5 business days within Sweden.
3.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount — the current threshold is displayed on the website.
3.3 Delivery Responsibility
The risk for the goods transfers to you, the customer, when the package has been handed over by the carrier. If a package is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist you.
3.4 Failed Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact us at support@yipyap.se, and we will investigate the matter.
4. Returns
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item, without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that for hygienic reasons cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Digital products that have been downloaded.
4.2 How to Return
- Contact us at support@yipyap.se within 14 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
- Return the item in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4.3 Complaints
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, you have the right to make a complaint according to the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Contact us within a reasonable time from when you discovered the defect. We always cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Process
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Deductions for Returns
We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund if the item has decreased in value due to being handled more than necessary.
6. Customer's Responsibility
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing correct and complete information when ordering, including delivery address and contact information.
- Collecting packages within the time specified by the carrier to avoid the package being returned.
- Using the products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and in a safe manner for your pet.
- Contacting us in good time if you have questions or problems with your order.
7. YipYap's Responsibility
At YipYap (MastersTNZ), we undertake to:
- Offer products of good quality that are suitable for pets.
- Process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR.
- Handle orders and returns in a professional and fair manner.
- Communicate clearly and in good time regarding any delays or problems.
- Comply with applicable Swedish consumer legislation.
8. Limitation of Liability
MastersTNZ (YipYap) is not responsible for:
- Indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the purchase.
- Delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- Damages resulting from incorrect use of the products.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, as a consumer, you have the right to turn to:
