Welcome to YIP YAP! By shopping at our store, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Parties

These terms apply between:

  • YIP YAP, Borås, Sweden, email: support@yipyap.se (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "YIP YAP")
  • The Customer – the natural person making a purchase in our online store (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer")

2. Purchase Terms

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable is that displayed at the time of order placement.

Order Confirmation

Once you have completed a purchase, we will send an order confirmation to your email address. The agreement is considered concluded when you receive this confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@yipyap.se.

Payment via Klarna

We offer payment via Klarna, which gives you the option to pay directly, by invoice, or in installments. Klarna's own terms and conditions apply to these payment services. More information can be found at klarna.com/se.

Payment by Card

We accept payment with the most common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Card payments are handled securely via encrypted payment solutions. The amount is debited from your account at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Sweden. Delivery time is normally 7–14 business days from the time the order has been confirmed and payment approved.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping company and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (see section 5).

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the item, in accordance with Swedish consumer purchase law and the Distance Contracts Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the following applies:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging if possible
  • Contact us at support@yipyap.se before returning the item

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

YIP YAP is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

We are also not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes to the Terms

YIP YAP reserves the right to update these terms of service. In the event of significant changes, advance notice will be provided via email or on the website. The latest version of the terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of the store after changes have come into effect implies your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to:
